Our Process

Limestone mining
Extraction at Kibini, Kunkur and Bissil-Mulage quarries using modern, low-impact techniques.
Transport & crushing
Primary crushing on-site; road transport to Athi River for secondary crushing.
Raw meal in ATOX mill
Ground with clay and iron ore into fine raw meal, ready for kiln feed.
Preheat & clinker
Raw meal is preheated in cyclones then fired in the rotary kiln to form clinker.
Cement milling
Clinker is milled with gypsum and pozzolana into finished cement.
Pack & dispatch
Automated packing, quality checks and dispatch to over 2,000 dealers.
